Personalised Items

All of our products are made to order and personalised to your specifications.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer

Please ensure all spelling, dates, and details are entered correctly when placing your order.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care when creating and packaging your order, but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mixific.co.uk

 

To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A short video showing the issue (where possible)

  • Photos of the packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution. This may include:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full or partial refund

In most cases, we do not require the item to be returned. However, we reserve the right to request a return where necessary.


Additional Information

We may refuse claims where:

  • Sufficient evidence is not provided
  • The issue is due to incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • The claim appears fraudulent or abusive

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
