After your order has been marked as complete by the chosen courier service you will have 14 days to request a return through customer services, Info@mixific.co.uk .
When a return request has been accepted you will have 14 days to send the item back to us. Once the order is received back to us we will issue you a refund within the following 14 days.
We will only accept returns for items bought at Mixific.co.uk, you will be required to provide your order number when filing a request. However, if the item is personalised by customers request, returns will not be accepted.
Customers will need to pay the return postage fee. If the item/s being returned are not damaged before being sent back, but get damaged in transit due to poor packaging, you will only receive a 75% refund.
All our measurements aim to be accurate, but please allow room for error, we apologies in advance for any inconveniences.
Our Handmade Resin products may contain a minimal amount of bubbles. Not all colour designs will turn out the same. Despite this we hope you can enjoy our products.
